Urybia works without an account, and keeps as little as it can about those who make one. No advertising, no tracking cookies, and nothing sold.

Urybia is run by Urybia Labs, the controller of your personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation. Contact us at contact@urybia.space.
Your logbook is private unless you make it public. A public logbook can be read by anyone with its link, but is kept out of search engines.
To provide your account and the features you use, which is necessary for the service you signed up to, and to keep the site secure and working, which is in our legitimate interest. Nothing is used for advertising or profiling, and nothing is sold.
Signing in keeps your session in your browser’s local storage. This is strictly necessary, so there is no cookie banner. Videos load from YouTube or X only when you press play, and those platforms may then set their own cookies.
Trusted providers host the site and its data, send email and notifications, and report errors, under contract and only on our instructions. Some are based outside the UK; where data is transferred, it is protected by UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards.
Account data is kept until you delete it or your account. Logs and error reports are kept only briefly, and feedback only as long as it is useful.
Delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently removes everything linked to it. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct, restrict or delete it, at contact@urybia.space; we reply within a month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Accounts are for people aged 13 and over.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
